The Founder
Olivier Bureth has been a member of the Paris Bar for more than 20 years. He started his career in the real estate transactions and finance department of the law firm Gide. He then joined the private equity department of the law firm Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés.
Building on this solid experience, he specialized in business and real estate litigation which he practices specifically in an international context with a multilingual team. He acts at all stages of the litigation process, in civil and commercial disputes, often in high-stakes complex litigation. His practice in business criminal law, especially white-collar crime is widely recognized.
He also intervenes in arbitration law and mediation practices. Furthermore, he is recognized as an expert in provisional measures / interim relief and in enforcement of decisions in France and abroad, in particular of French and foreign arbitral awards, as well as in asset tracing.
His pragmatic approach and his curiosity enable him to act in a wide variety of sectors, always adapting to his clients’ needs and expectations of efficiency and excellence.
His knowledge of the profession, creativity and pugnacity are a recipe for excellent results and the certainty that his client's interests will be zealously defended and safeguarded.
